ALLEGIANT is a series of Divergent. Being a divergent you will be in-charge to keep the good state of humanities. A dangerous fight behind the wall of Chicago. Tris is right that "the reason why war exist is because of division, separation and an experiments". Removing the past or memories of humanities is not the way to rebuild the city or having a peace of war. The good leader have a good quality to fight to their enemy and he/she didn’t want to died anyone to their people. Tris is the best image of one leader, she love allegiant in Chicago although she is a Divergent. She believe that being normal either damaged so called is better than advanced reborn the humanitarian future. The people in Chicago is real.
